I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was very central near the NEC with ample lounging space, but it felt like the hotel opened prematurely. Dining was a bit pricey but worth the money, and the facilities were decent overall.

I had just what I needed in the rooms - two single beds, a lovely shower room, and cleverly designed space for my items, although it was a bit small with only 4 coat hangers. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and the rooms maximized the available space.
